We will finish our Scottish topic by listening to some poems by Robert Burns as it is Burns night this week. Lots of people will eating haggis and clapshot and we will be having it for school dinner too!
Listen to John Gordon Sinclair read Address to a Haggis.

  1. Thank you p5 for helping out with the Robert Burns assembly on Monday. Good to put to use all that learning for your Scotland project! It was good to see you with the P7 class.
    Thanks again, Mrs Miller

  2. This is a very appropriate poem for the time of year. I wonder how many haggis's have been eaten throughout Scotland over the past few weeks? Caroline (Louise's mum) Pity they changed the school dinner on Burns day, or maybe a few of you would have tried some!
